Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, Materials Engineering, Product Development, Building Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product development and engineering within an international industrial environment.
• Proven track record of leading product development projects from idea generation through successful market introduction.
• Strong knowledge of product design, materials, manufacturing processes, and problem-solving engineering.
• Experience with CAD (Siemens NX or others) and PLM/PDM systems such as Windchill and SAP-ECTR, as well as project and budget management.
• Strong technical leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills with an innovative and customer-focused mindset.

Aufgaben

• Lead the development of innovative plumbing systems and installation tools from concept to market launch.
• Manage innovation projects during incubation and act as Technical Lead throughout the Stage-Gate development process.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives for products, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Ensure product quality, reliability, compliance, and technical excellence throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Operations, Quality, Sales & Application teams, as well as external partners and suppliers.
• Support intellectual property activities and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and documentation standards.
