Job summary

VF is seeking a Product Development Intern for the Apparel Product Development Team at our EMEA HQ in Stabio, Switzerland. You will learn by doing, contributing to real projects and supporting seasonal development, 3D workflows and AI-driven product creation.

The 12‑month, full‑time internship offers hands-on experience across costing, digital product creation, and cross‑functional collaboration with Design, Merchandising and Sourcing teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate after November 1st, 2026 or student status as of February 1st, 2027.
• EU or EEA citizenship.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support the seasonal development process, managing samples and milestones.
• Contribute to Tech Pack, BOM and product data management activities.
• Participate in physical and virtual product reviews, assisting with sample evaluation.
• Collaborate with Design, Merchandising, Technical Development, Sourcing and Vendor teams.
• Support the creation, organization and review of 3D product assets and digital product information.
• Assist with costing analysis, cost tracking and product construction reviews.
• Explore and leverage AI-enabled tools that improve efficiency and data accuracy.
