Jobgether is seeking an experienced Product Data Scientist to drive data-informed decision-making across multiple international SaaS products, with a strong focus on experimentation and growth initiatives. The role is fully remote across Europe, with flexible hours and a high degree of autonomy.

You will collaborate with Product, Data, Marketing, and Payments teams to optimize customer journeys, analyze funnels and LTV, and shape analytics practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in Product Data Science, Growth Data Science, or a comparable analytical role.
• Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and analyzing experiments, with demonstrated success using data to improve product performance or business outcomes.
• Strong statistical and inferential knowledge, with the ability to select appropriate analytical methods based on the business question and data available.
• Advanced SQL and proficiency in Python for data analysis, statistical modeling, and experimentation.
• Fluency in French and English proficiency at B2 level or higher are required.

Responsabilités

• Review and challenge existing A/B testing processes, identify limitations, and recommend improvements to strengthen experimentation practices.
• Develop and implement a robust experimentation framework covering hypothesis formulation, metric selection, power calculations, test duration, and decision criteria.
• Design, review, and validate experiment plans with Product and business teams before launch, ensuring robust methodologies.
• Analyze completed experiments, interpret results, communicate uncertainties, and propose actionable next steps.
• Collaborate with Data Analysts, Data Engineers, Product, Marketing, and Payments to improve data reliability and establish shared definitions for key metrics.
