Zusammenfassung

Hitachi ABB Power Grids in Zürich is seeking an Operational Procurement Team Leader (80–100%). You will lead a team of procurement professionals and own end-to-end operational procurement processes.

You will mentor staff, optimize requisitions, POs, expediting and invoice resolution, and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, logistics and finance to ensure timely supply. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5–7 years in procurement, SAP proficiency, and strong leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 5–7 years in procurement with 2 years in leadership or supervision.
• Operational procurement experience in manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Proficient in SAP and supplier relationship management.
• English and German language skills preferred for negotiation and coordination.

Aufgaben

• Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals.
• Oversee end-to-end operational procurement processes: requisitions, POs, expediting, invoicing.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize delivery performance.
• Monitor procurement metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and finance to meet needs.
