Job summary

The Hershey Company seeks a Procurement Specialist to own end-to-end contract creation, validation, and data integrity within trading and ERP systems, ensuring accurate reflection of terms, pricing, Incoterms, and supplier details across platforms such as SAP S/4HANA and iRely/I-21.

You will coordinate with Procurement, Materials Management, Finance, Trading, and IT to resolve data gaps, manage contract amendments, renewals, and compliance, and contribute to process improvements and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in procurement or contract administration.
• Proficiency with ERP or trading systems such as SAP S/4HANA and iRely/I-21.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to interpret commercial terms and pricing.
• Strong cross-functional communication.
• Experience in commodity procurement preferred.
• Familiarity with contract-to-pay processes.
• Analytical mindset for data and system issues.

Responsibilities

• Own contract creation, entry, validation, and maintenance in the trading system.
• Ensure pricing, terms, Incoterms, and supplier data match negotiated agreements.
• Perform quality checks to prevent data gaps affecting downstream processes.
• Coordinate data flow between trading system and ERP; resolve integration gaps.
• Monitor interfaces and IDocs; work with system owners on fixes.
• Serve as primary contact for contract-related procurement queries.
• Maintain linkages between contracts and POs, GRs, and invoices.
• Execute amendments, renewals, and contract changes with stakeholders.
• Apply procurement policies and audit controls; maintain version traceability.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for contract management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data and actions.
