Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant PSM experience.

• Familiarity with GMP, EHS and SOX guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and maintain process safety programs per EKAS and J&J standards.
• Maintain risk registers and PSM-related risk analyses (HAZOP/PHA/DHA).
• Oversee ODH considerations and pressurized system inventories.
• Serve as EHS SME for API/SM unit and liaison with authorities (e.g., SUVA).
• Lead audits within J&J EHS audits and drive IOSS program ownership for PSM.
• Coordinate site PSM core team and progress of PSM Excellence program.
• Prepare, conduct and follow up on EHS audits, assessments and visits.
