Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science or Business required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years in a medium to large-scale matrix organization with pharma/device compliance.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of global regulatory and pharmacovigilance requirements in life sciences.
• Communication: Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Leadership/PM: Demonstrated project management experience and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead PV process and training projects, including process development, mapping, and training delivery.
• Drive compliance and quality excellence in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Act as a quality partner for IM OCMO, fostering collaboration across business partners and governance.
• Support the digital transformation roadmap toward data-centric content and a robust qualification management system.
