Axetris AG, a leading micro-optical components company based in central Switzerland, invites an independent and motivated professional to join its R&D/Engineering department. You will drive process capability, optimize critical parameters, and lead new FE/BE product flow including MES setup and data collection.

The role requires a Master’s degree and 3+ years in wafer processing, with strong metrology and data-analysis skills.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree or higher in physics, electrical engineering, chemistry, or materials science.
• 3+ years in an industrial wafer processing fab environment with broad FE/BE semiconductor manufacturing experience.
• Strong metrology and failure-analysis skills; wafer-fab experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate FE/BE process capabilities, identify gaps and drive solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Define critical process parameters (CTQ/CTF/CTP) and optimize to boost yield, throughput and cycle time.
• Lead new FE/BE product flow introduction, including MES setup, control plans, data collection and OCAP.
• Set and monitor statistical controls (CpK, yield) and lead teams on process and yield improvement.
• Resolve FE/BE production issues, lead 8D/root-cause analyses and support transfer and ramp-up.
• Serve as technical expert for manufacturing and new integration concepts; act as contact for commercial inquiries.
