Qualifikationen

• PhD or MSc in Materials Science, Applied Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Hands-on cleanroom experience with III-V compound semiconductor fabrication.
• Experience transferring processes from R&D to volume foundry environments.

Aufgaben

• Define and qualify cleanroom process flows.
• Drive yield improvement in collaboration with external foundry partners.
• Build in-house process capability for rapid prototyping.
