Zusammenfassung

TreaTech, based in Préverenges, Switzerland, is developing a patented catalytic hydrothermal gasification technology to convert organic waste into renewable gas, clean water, and recoverable minerals. We seek a Process Engineer to lead the design, construction and commissioning of our next unit, reporting to the Chief Project Officer, with occasional travel within Switzerland and abroad.

Qualifikationen

• Engineering degree or PhD in Process, Chemical or Mechanical Eng.
• 5–10 years in process engineering (chemical/energy/environmental).
• Experience in process design: PFDs, P&IDs, mass/energy balances.
• Equipment sizing and specification experience.
• Industrial or pilot-scale project execution.
• Knowledge of high-pressure/high-temperature processes.
• Knowledge of corrosion and materials selection.
• Process safety analyses: HAZOP and ATEX.
• Commissioning and startup of industrial units.
• Ability to work with suppliers, partners and teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead process engineering activities for the delivery of next units.
• Contribute to process design from concept to detailed engineering.
• Prepare equipment specs, issue RFQs and follow up with suppliers.
• Support safety studies including HAZOP and ATEX.
• Participate in FAT, SAT and commissioning.
