As a Surface Treatment Specialist you will:

• Prepare engine components (e.g. leaning, masking, degreasing)
• Perform surface finishing processes (e.g. paint, coating, plating)
• Conduct mechanical finishing tasks such as grinding and blending
• Carry out self‑inspection and document results
• Operate and monitor treatment processes and equipment
• Follow safety, quality and chemical‑handling standards
• Apply 5S and support continuous improvement initiatives

Your Profile

• Completed technical apprenticeship (surface treatment, mechanics, production, or similar)
• Experience in paint, coating, blending or plating
• Reliable, accurate and quality‑driven work style
• Team‑oriented, flexible, dependable
• Good German skills (minimum B2); English beneficial
• Willingness to work 2‑shift
• Basic IT skills

Holding an EU passport, Swiss passport or Swiss working permit is required.
