Job summary

Goldman Sachs Private Wealth Management in Zürich is seeking a proactive team member for the COO group. You will help implement regulatory change, drive strategic initiatives and improve efficiency across the PWM business.

You will collect and analyse data, engage senior stakeholders, and help shape growth strategy while ensuring risk controls. Excellent communication and collaboration across Legal, Compliance, Operations and Engineering are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years’ relevant experience in a comparable role with regulatory change
• English required; German/French/Italian beneficial
• Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving and data analysis skills
• Experience building and managing senior stakeholder relationships
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Responsibilities

• Involvement in the design, scoping and implementation of key projects to meet regulatory obligations and enhance PWM
• Collecting, analysing and presenting data to support the COO and stakeholders in project decisions
• Working with stakeholders to develop and implement PWM growth strategy and change initiatives
• Representing PWM in project working groups
• Identifying operational risks within projects
• Developing the PWM platform to align with growth strategy
• Maintaining strong stakeholder relationships with PWM Business, Legal, Compliance, Operations and Engineering
