An international family based in the Zurich area is creating a new senior role at the heart of its private operations. As Private Operations Manager you will own the end-to-end coordination of the family’s travel, logistics, lifestyle and residential matters — not by doing everything yourself, but by building and running a disciplined operation: clear briefs, intelligent delegation to an existing assistant team and first-class providers, relentless follow-up, and documented knowledge that makes the service better every month.

You bring: several years of experience in operationally demanding environments (private aviation, family office, senior executive support, luxury travel, logistics or hospitality); fluent Russian, English and German (French a strong plus); outstanding practical project-management and follow-up discipline; absolute discretion; and — decisively — the personal flexibility to be reachable outside conventional office hours when the family’s plans require it. Swiss work eligibility (citizenship or valid permit) and a driving licence are required. The role is Zurich-office-based; it does not involve travelling with the family.
