• Develop understanding of LP-led deal dynamics and due diligence processes
• Gain analytical skills to assess long-term viability and exit options
• Learn to use S&P Capital IQ and Pitchbook for company and industry analysis
• Conduct high level deal screening and present opportunities to the LP-led team
• Support preparation and analysis of investment memoranda for the investment committee
• Help manage the deal pipeline through the firm’s database
