The program develops core investment skills in credit analysis, modelling and execution, with exposure to global managers and a variety of strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business/economics/finance or other quantitative degrees.
• Internship in private credit, leveraged finance, direct lending, private equity or transaction advisory is a plus.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and fundamental business analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing, screening, due diligence, execution and monitoring across private credit co-investments, secondary transactions and fund investments.
• Analyze credit risk, build financial models, and assist with underwriting.
• Prepare analyses and presentations for investment committees and clients.
• Monitor investments and maintain internal databases and market research.
• Engage with managers and market participants for sector research.
