Job summary

LGT Bank Schweiz AG is seeking a seasoned Business Risk Manager to serve as the first point of contact for Relationship Managers on due diligence queries during client prospecting and onboarding. You will identify money laundering and reputational risks and prepare written client risk assessments.

You will propose pragmatic controls within the regulatory framework and act as a proactive adviser to Front, helping to balance risk with commercial goals while maintaining high standards of integrity

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in the first line of defence or compliance at a Swiss bank.
• Experience performing due diligence, background checks and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for due diligence queries during client prospecting and onboarding.
• Identify and assess money laundering, reputational and other business risks.
• Propose risk-appropriate controls and mitigation measures within regulatory requirements.
• Serve as adviser to Front on due diligence matters and support sustainable business growth.
