Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Business Risk or Compliance in a Swiss bank.
• Master’s degree in law or economics or relevant certifications.
• Knowledge of international markets and regulatory environment.
• Fluency in German and English; Spanish or Portuguese encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for Relationship Managers on due diligence queries during client prospecting and onboarding, in collaboration with Compliance.
• Identify and assess money laundering, reputational and other business risks as part of the first line of defence, and prepare client risk assessments.
• Propose pragmatic, risk-appropriate controls and mitigation measures to support onboarding within regulatory framework.
• Serve as adviser to the Front on due diligence matters and influence internal stakeholders for sustainable growth.
