Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of ARM experience or 3 years plus higher degree in Private Banking.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Proven track record in servicing banking clients with complex needs and onboarding.

Aufgaben

• Ensure accurate client documentation (CDB, account opening forms, legal forms).
• Lead and participate in client meetings; prepare meeting materials and proposals.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and proactively support RMs in client relationship tasks.
• Organise calendars, meetings and travel, and produce reports for clients and RMs.
