DES Capital operates at the intersection of private banking and executive search, placing top-tier private bankers with leading institutions across Switzerland and internationally. We are hiring an experienced private banker to move to the other side of the table as an Executive Search Consultant, conducting the final-stage evaluations of private banking talent as we scale our placement volume.

What you'll do:

• Conduct in-depth interviews, via Zoom, with private banking Directors and Executives already sourced and shortlisted by our team
• Assess seniority-level candidates for fit, competency, and readiness ahead of placement with institutional clients
• Deliver clear, decisive evaluations that directly inform placement decisions

What we're looking for:

• A background in private banking, as a relationship manager, market head, or in a comparable senior client-facing role
• 10-15+ years of experience
• Genuine, first-hand comfort operating alongside executives and senior decision-makers
• Fluent in English

Compensation: 100% variable, uncapped, with progressive commission tiers per candidate placed. Realistic monthly earnings between CHF 15,000 and 20,000, with upside beyond that as volume grows.
