Holt Executive Ltd. seeks a Lead Satellite Systems Engineer to drive mission analysis, system architecture, and payload design for next-generation satellite communications across LEO/MEO/GEO/HEO missions.

You will guide cross-disciplinary teams and coordinate with external partners throughout the development lifecycle. The role demands a strong background in satellite systems, phased array and onboard processing, plus experience with space qualification and TT&C.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s or PhD in Engineering with a space focus.
• 8–10 years’ experience in satellite/space systems engineering.
• Strong background in payload architectures for LEO/MEO/GEO/HEO.
• Experience with phased array antennas and digital beamforming.
• Knowledge of onboard processing architectures and space qualification.

Aufgaben

• Lead mission analysis and translate requirements into specifications.
• Define SWaP-C constraints and cross-domain interfaces.
• Conduct architectural trade studies and system-level decisions.
• Collaborate with contractors on technical delivery and reviews.
• Support reliability analysis, simulations, and qualification activities.
• Contribute to programme planning, reporting, and customer discussions.
• Support integration, test campaigns, and in-orbit commissioning.
• Participate in design, manufacturing oversight, and qualification reviews.
