Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise technology architecture delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience.
• Depth in AI/ML, enterprise architecture modernization, or data architecture and engineering.
• Strong executive communication skills, with ability to present architecture trade-offs to VP+ audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to adopt and champion emerging delivery methodologies that accelerate team productivity.

Aufgaben

• Define and own end-to-end technical architecture for large-scale HCLS transformation programs, establishing reference architectures, reusable patterns, and technical standards.
• Bridge the gap between customer enterprise architects' expectations and pragmatic delivery, advising executives on technology choices and TCO, influencing decisions across teams.
• Drive alignment across teams, resolve architectural conflicts, and coach engineers across partner organizations to raise the technical bar.
• Grow expertise across AI/ML, data engineering, and knowledge architecture for HCLS contexts and translate innovations into customer outcomes.
• Drive AI-DLC methodologies and embed AI-native workflows to maximize builder productivity and time-to-value.
