Thomson Reuters Labs is seeking a senior scientist/engineer to lead the end-to-end model-development roadmap for trusted professional AI tools. The hybrid role can be based in Zug, Switzerland or London, UK, and requires building a bench of talent while aligning with product and editorial teams.

You will own data strategy, training, evaluation, and release decisions, driving cost and quality tradeoffs to meet user needs across CoCounsel and related platforms.

Qualifikationen

• Led a production LLM program end to end (data strategy through training, evaluation, and release).
• Proficient with post-training methods (SFT, RL) and distributed training.
• Shipped models or published widely in top venues.
• Experience leading an organization and partnering across teams.

Aufgaben

• Own the model-development roadmap end to end for Thomson Reuters LLMs.
• Set online reinforcement-learning pipeline targets with experts.
• Ensure data strategy and evaluation are rigorous and outcome-driven.
• Enable new product capabilities on Thomson LLMs with cost/quality advantages.
• Build and retain a senior bench of scientists and engineers.
