Job summary

SGI in Zurich offers a hybrid Business Analyst / Test Lead role focusing on a Pricing Tool. You will design and validate pricing user journeys and business processes while leading functional testing, SIT and UAT activities to ensure accurate price calculations and smooth system integrations.

The role requires experience in banking/wealth management pricing, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on testing leading to business readiness. Starts November 2026 for a 12-month contract.

Qualifications

• Banking/Wealth Management background preferred
• Strong pricing experience (product, lending or advisory pricing)
• Experience as Business Analyst, Functional Analyst or Test Lead
• Hands-on testing, validation and business readiness experience
• Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills
• Experience with pricing platform implementations and system integrations – strong advantage

Responsibilities

• Design and validate pricing user journeys and business processes
• Perform functional testing, SIT and UAT activities
• Validate pricing calculations, business rules and system integrations
• Support defect management, issue resolution and business sign-off
• Coordinate with Pricing, Business and Technology teams
