Job summary

Source Group International in Zurich (Hybrid) is seeking a Business Analyst / Test Lead for a Pricing Tool. The role starts in November 2026 for a 12-month contract at 100% workload. Located in Zurich, it offers a hybrid working arrangement.

You will design pricing journeys, validate calculations and business rules, perform SIT/UAT testing, and coordinate with Pricing, Business and Technology teams to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong pricing experience in banking products (pricing for lending or advisory pricing) is required.
• Hands-on testing, validation and business readiness experience is expected.
• Experience as Business Analyst, Functional Analyst or Test Lead is required.
• Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.
• Experience with pricing platform implementations and system integrations is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design and validate pricing user journeys and business processes.
• Perform functional testing, SIT and UAT activities.
• Validate pricing calculations, business rules and system integrations.
• Support defect management, issue resolution and business sign-off.
• Coordinate with Pricing, Business and Technology teams.
