Julius Baer is seeking a Senior Test Manager to oversee the integration of an in-house pricing processing tool with a new core banking system. You will plan, coordinate, and manage testing activities to ensure software quality, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery.

You will lead a testing team, define test strategies, and drive automation and QA excellence across functional, regression, and non-functional testing, while collaborating with IT and business stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Min. 5 years of experience as Senior Test Manager or Testing Lead in complex IT projects.
• Strong knowledge of pricing in banking, incl. testing of core pricing engines (HOST/T24/Avaloq) or satellites feeding them.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies (agile, waterfall) and test management tools (JIRA, HP ALM).
• Experience with test automation frameworks, notably Selenium, CI/CD integration, and performance testing tools.
• Java development experience including use of Claude Code.
• Relevant certifications such as ISTQB Advanced Level, PMP, or Agile Testing.
• Understanding of DevOps concepts such as CI/CD.
• Excellent communication skills and cross-cultural mindset.
• Fluency in English (verbal/written).
• Tech Stack: Java, Spring Boot, SQL (Oracle), React/Angular, JavaScript, Typescript, Kubernetes (PKS) and Virtual Machines, Kafka, Avro, Open API, UML

• Plans, designs, and oversees software testing activities across the development lifecycle.
• Defines test strategies, coordinates test environments and ensures defect tracking.
• Collaborates with development, business analysts, and project managers to align testing with project goals.

• Coordinates test environment usage and drives test automation coverage.
• Hands-on test execution during critical testing phases.
• Leads and mentors test team members to improve efficiency and coverage.
