You will coordinate placements, manage budgets, and liaise between the cooperation school and PH Zurich while building networks with university representatives and school authorities.

Qualifikationen

• Employment as a teacher in the Fällanden school community mandatory
• Several years of experience as a teacher at the target level and as a practice teacher
• Very good anchoring and networking in the staff at the schools belonging to the cooperation school
• Good organisational skills
• Flexible and constructive handling of different role expectationsHigh resilience, flexibility and enthusiasm for innovation
• Willingness and ability to communicate, especially proficiency in conducting conversations also in conflict situations
• Willingness to further qualify for this function

Aufgaben

• Lateral leadership of a team of practice teachers at the cooperation school including quality development and assurance
• Acquisition, organisation and administration of practice placements as well as budget management
• Communication and coordination between the cooperation school and PH Zurich
• Building and maintaining a network with university representatives, school management and school authorities as well as practice teachers at the own cooperation school
• Co-design of practical professional training at the cooperation school (exchange, further training, quality assurance) as an expert in school practice, together with mentors
• Participation in and organisation of events at the cooperation school and at PH Zurich
