Who are we looking for

We are looking for a Power Platform Consultant whose key role is to help our clients streamline processes, improve decision-making, and drive efficiency through tailored solutions built on the Microsoft Power Platform. From designing scalable applications in Power Apps to automating workflows with Power Automate and enabling data-driven insights with Power BI, you will translate business needs into practical, user-friendly solutions.

You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their challenges and turn them into intuitive applications, automated processes, and clear reporting layers that deliver real business value.

What you'll do

• Design and develop Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps to meet client needs.
• Develop and implement Power Automate flows, transforming complex business logic into efficient solutions.
• Design and execute secure database schemas for Dataverse and SharePoint-based applications.
• Contribute to overall solution architectures, with focus on security and scalability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, refine solutions, and align with business goals.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure high quality of delivered solutions.
• Work closely on a small to medium scale projects with development teams of 3-6 people.

What you bring

• 2+ years of experience creating Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience with implementing solutions based on Dataverse and SharePoint Online.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Eager to transition to pro-code web application development.

Nice to have

• Experience with C# Dataverse Plugins and PCF components development.
• Knowledge of front-end development frameworks (e.g., React).
• Experience with Power Platform DevOps or GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with automation workloads in Azure (Functions, Logic Apps).
