In this non‑sales, customer‑facing role, you listen, ask precise questions, and provide transparent information. You’ll draft proposals, supervise assembly, and assist during the getting‑started process.

Qualifikationen

• MSc or PhD in electrical engineering.
• 0-5 years of relevant experience; more senior profiles welcome.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Broad knowledge of power converter topologies, control techniques, and hardware‑related prototyping requirements.

Aufgaben

• Host web meetings and handle email inquiries from potential customers worldwide.
• Ask targeted technical questions about converter topologies, power ratings, control strategies, and performance requirements to identify challenges.
• Build up recommendations for sensors, control hierarchy approach, or power module types.
• Dimension or pre‑design auxiliary equipment and arrange procurement (e.g., transformers, energy storage).
• Design complete solutions using imperix controllers, power modules, and software; plan cabinet layout and integration; prepare proposals.
• Collaborate with internal R&D teams to resolve complex requests and support customization projects.
• Spend time on customer projects, application notes, or core R&D activities.
• Occasional customer visits, on-site commissioning, or trade show participation.
