Zusammenfassung

EPFL’s LBMM laboratory in Lausanne seeks a postdoctoral researcher with a focus on highly multiplexed single-cell RNAseq-based antibody discovery. The successful candidate will lead optimization of single-cell sequencing workflows, supervise FACS sorting, prepare libraries, analyze data, and collaborate with bioinformaticians in an interdisciplinary environment.

Experience in droplets/microfluidics is beneficial.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience in single-cell analysis and/or antibody discovery.
• Knowledge of scRNA-seq workflows such as 10X Genomics or DropSeq; experienced in flow cytometry.
• Strong background in cell biology and biochemistry.
• Prior microfluidics experience is advantageous but not required.
