Qualifikationen

• PhD in computational biology or a closely related field.
• Experience with single-cell and/or spatial omics technologies.
• Strong background in computational data analysis and biological concepts.
• Expertise in machine learning or AI applied to biology.
• Proficiency with scientific computing frameworks.
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Aufgaben

• Lead computational analyses of single-cell, spatial transcriptomics, and multi-omics datasets.
• Develop and maintain reproducible, well-documented analysis pipelines.
• Apply and adapt machine learning and AI approaches to biological questions.
