Alohi is an AI-first SaaS scale-up based in Geneva, hiring a Product Marketing Manager to own the post-signup journey across Sign.Plus, Dial.Plus, Fax.Plus, and Scan.Plus. You will drive activation, onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion, and partner with marketing and sales to align messaging, campaigns, and collateral.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, management or growth, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record in improving activation, adoption, conversion or retention metrics.
• Fluent in English and strong writing skills for technical to customer narratives.

Aufgaben

• Own signup to active user: activation flows, onboarding, and feature adoption across all four products.
• Shape messaging around trials, upgrades, and plan value with Product.
• Own retention and expansion: churn reduction, upsell initiatives, and net revenue retention.
• Analyze funnel and usage data to identify drop-offs and turn insights into actions.
• Develop strategy for post-signup funnel and implement it end-to-end.
• Plan webinars, craft launch narratives, and enable sales with collateral.
