Qualifications

• MBA student or recent graduate from a leading program.
• Strong interest in portfolio strategy and the pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; translate data into insights.
• Experience in strategic planning, consulting, corporate strategy, business analytics, or finance.
• Ability to develop executive-ready presentations, business cases, and strategic assessments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across functions.
• Ability to manage projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support portfolio strategy through data analysis and governance.
• Contribute to disease area strategy and prioritization initiatives.
• Support portfolio reviews by consolidating pipeline and financial information.
• Create executive-ready summaries, dashboards, and governance materials.
• Track portfolio performance metrics and milestones.
• Lead therapeutic area assessments for growth opportunities.
• Conduct epidemiology reviews and competitive landscape analyses.
• Identify white space opportunities and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Partner with Medical and Digital teams to assess opportunities beyond medicines.
• Review governance processes and propose improvements.
• Define portfolio metrics, reporting standards, and governance frameworks.
