Job summary

Integra LifeSciences Corporation is seeking a Senior Director, Plant Manager for its Le Locle, Switzerland facility. You will lead all site operations, including value stream manufacturing, materials, supply chain, engineering, EHS, and facilities, ensuring compliance with FDA/ISO and quality systems.

Responsibilities include driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost effectiveness, deploying Lean/Six Sigma, and partnering with corporate functions to align strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or technical field is required.
• 1 5+ years of management experience in a regulated setting is required.
• Experience in Medical Device/regulated industries is highly preferred.
• Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma experience is essential.
• Fluent in French and English; strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a Total Quality Management environment and matrix structure.
• Experience with Oracle is a plus.
• Knowledge of MRP and project management fundamentals.
• Familiarity with FDA/ISO/GMP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Le Locle site performance across SQDCE by driving KPIs.
• Deploy Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Oversee safety, quality, delivery, and cost initiatives and ensure capacity meets demand.
• Maintain and improve quality management systems and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with corporate functions to align planning and execution; support ERP deployment.
• Develop talent, succession plans, and implement engagement initiatives.
• Own site budget, headcount, and capital investments; manage resources.
