Job summary

Integra LifeSciences is seeking a Plant Manager for the Le Locle, Switzerland facility. This leadership role manages all operations, sets strategies, and drives safety, quality, and financial performance while fostering a servant leadership culture.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of plant management experience in regulated medical devices, strong Lean/Six Sigma background, and fluency in French and English. Oracle ERP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field.
• 15+ years management experience; prior plant management required.
• Experience in regulated medical devices; Class III experience preferred.
• Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma experience preferred.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; cross-functional interfacing.
• Experience with Oracle is a plus.
• Knowledgeable in MRP, project management, FDA/ISO compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Le Locle site performance across SQDCE using KPIs and a robust performance system.
• Deploy Lean and Six Sigma to improve efficiency and reduce waste; drive productivity.
• Oversee safety, quality, delivery, and cost; ensure capacity meets demand and address gaps.
• Develop a strong quality culture and ensure compliance with FDA/BSI, ISO, GMP standards.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Regulatory, IT to integrate planning and systems; co-lead Oracle ERP deployment.
• Partner with leadership to support new products, cost improvements, tech transfers, and lifecycle management.
• Lead talent development, engagement, succession planning, and staffing to foster a high-performance culture.
