Job Description

One private family based in Abu Dhabi is seeking a UK & European-trained physiotherapist for the household longevity practice appointment. The appointment needs methodical, careful rehabilitation and trust that grows over years. When the family leaves Abu Dhabi for Europe, the same physiotherapist is by their side, so the daily routine of care stays unbroken. The family is your employer and no one else, and we remain available for questions about the process. Requirements The role requires full professional registration issued in the UK or Europe and verified by us. You bring 5 or more years of post-registration practice ideally within private or elite performance settings. Our shortlists include only practitioners with UK or European training and registration, as the basis of every appointment. Strong English and a signed NDA are required throughout the appointment. Tact, sound judgement and ease around a private household are essential. Candidates should be comfortable with frequent travel and a flexible routine as part of the role. Benefits The salary is £83,500 – £98,500 gross, structured for lasting tenure, reflecting the trust placed in the role. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. The family provides accommodation within its residence, and flights. Regular paid leave, flights home and long-term security are provided by the family. You sign with the family directly, while we stay on as your introducer. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
