Skyguide is seeking a Physical Security Officer Intrusion and Surveillance for 80-100% occupancy based in Geneva. The role combines hands-on security operations with strict documentation and process compliance for intruder alarms, CCTV and access control across Swiss sites, including military facilities.

Responsibilities include badge management, key systems, system specifications, and leading the Fire & Evacuation discipline in Geneva. Fluent French and English required; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on security professional with practical implementation and coordination experience.
• Several years of experience in physical security or equivalent security qualification with strong technical understanding.
• Mandatory experience in access control, intrusion alarms and CCTV or willingness to learn.
• Advanced certifications (CFPA-E Security Coordinator/Manager / Fire Protection Safety Officer) are an asset.
• Fluent in French and English; German is an asset.

• Manage and maintain access categories in the Kaba access control system and support badge management in Geneva.
• Oversee mechanical locking systems and key management for Geneva and remote sites in French-speaking Switzerland.
• Act as technical owner for intrusion detection and video surveillance specifications across Skyguide facilities in Switzerland.
• Maintain content and administer web-based security trainings and assessments for staff and contractors.
• Serve as Deputy Head of the Fire & Evacuation department in Geneva.
• Conduct compliance reviews, gap analyses and risk assessments across Physical Security domains in French-speaking Switzerland.
• Support physical security projects, events and awareness initiatives with hands-on involvement and documentation.

Physical Security Officer Intrusion and Surveillance (80-100%)

Your mission:

This role offers a unique mix of hands-on operational security activities and administrative responsibilities, requiring someone who enjoys both being close to the field and ensuring accurate documentation, compliance and processes. With your mandatory impeccable reputation, you will be responsible for all specifications in the area of intruder alarm systems and video surveillance systems and support access control activities in Geneva and for military facilities.

• Managing and maintaining access categories in the Kaba access control system and supporting badge management activities in Geneva
• Managing the mechanical locking system and key management for Geneva and remote sites in French-speaking Switzerland
• Acting as the technical owner for intrusion detection and video surveillance system specifications across all Skyguide facilities in Switzerland
• Responsible for the content, maintenance and administration of web-based security trainings and assessments for internal and external employees
• Acting as Deputy Head of the Fire & Evacuation department in Geneva
• Conducting compliance reviews, gap analyses and risk assessments across all Physical Security domains in French-speaking Switzerland
• Supporting physical security projects, events and awareness initiatives, combining operational involvement with documentation, coordination and administrative activities

What we are looking for:

• Hands-on security professional who enjoys combining practical implementation with coordination, administration and compliance activities with good MS Office knowledge
• Several years of experience in physical security (strategic/conceptual) or equivalent security qualification, with strong technical understanding
• Mandatory experience in access control (Badge System access); Intrusion alarms and CCTV experience or willing to learn
• Advanced certifications (CFPA-E Security Coordinator/Manager / Fire Protection Safety Officer) are an asset
