Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation in Zürich invites dedicated PhD candidates to join our robotics team as interns, exploring agentic policies, world action models, and sim-to-real transfer to push robotics forward.

You will design, implement, and evaluate novel robot learning methods using PyTorch and GPU-accelerated simulation, run rigorous experiments, and write clean research code for transfer into NVIDIA products and platforms.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a PhD program in CS/EE/Robotics or related field.
• Strong Python skills and hands-on DL framework experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for research results.

Responsibilities

• Work with robotics and ML experts to scope a novel project aligned with NVIDIA's robotics roadmap.
• Design, implement, and evaluate robot learning methods using GPU-accelerated simulation and real hardware where appropriate.
• Run rigorous experiments, build baselines, design evaluation protocols, and communicate results clearly.
• Write clean, well-documented research code for team reuse and transfer to NVIDIA products.
