• Strong background in ecosystem and plant physiology, including gas exchange and stable isotopes.

• Excellent English skills.
• Driving license class B.

Aufgaben

• Establish mesocosm experiments with European beech and small-leafed lime under drought.
• Set up leaf gas exchange and soil moisture measurement with real-time isotope analytics.
• Apply 2H2O labeling to study root water uptake dynamics in different soils.
• Collaborate with SOPHY researchers and participate in fieldwork in mature forests.
