ETH Zurich is offering a Doctoral Student position in Design and Analysis of Human-AI Systems. The role is 100% at Zürich, a fixed-term appointment linked to a PhD track.

The starting date is negotiable, with an 18-month initial term and potential extension to four- to five-year duration of the doctorate, subject to progress. The successful candidate will conduct high-impact research, contribute to teaching and mentoring, and collaborate with external organizations to evaluate methods, under ETH

Competenze

• Master's degree in a closely related field is required.
• Excellent academic records and motivation for policy-relevant research.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills in optimization and mechanism design.
