Job summary

United-Biosource-Corporation (UBC) seeks a Project Manager - Pharmacovigilance in Switzerland to lead PV project teams and ensure delivery within contracted milestones and budgets.

Responsibilities include client-facing leadership, timelines, and coordination of cross-functional PV activities, with experience in Argus or similar safety databases and strong problem-solving skills. 6-month fixed-term contract, English fluency required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years direct project management experience at a CRO or pharmaceutical company and/or 4 years of pharmacovigilance experience.
• Knowledge of global and local PV regulations and legislation, both pre- and post-marketing, preferred.
• Strong project management, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, both internally and towards clients.
• Ability to identify, document, track and resolve project action items for multiple programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage Pharmacovigilance projects as assigned within scope, budget and timelines.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of contracted work.
• Lead client communications and internal project team meetings.
• Prepare timelines and PM deliverables; track action items for multiple programs.
• Coordinate project plans to achieve contracted milestones (e.g., Adverse Event Reporting Plan).
