Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in a university or university of applied sciences program (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Business Administration or similar — internship required as part of the academic program & internship agreement required
• Strong interest in procurement, supply chain and industrial environments, ideally in the pharmaceutical, biotech or healthcare sectors
• Good understanding of S&OP processes, planning or procurement management
• Excellent analytical skills and comfort working with numerical data
• Fluent in French with good proficiency in English
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with an ERP (Sage or equivalent) is an asset

Aufgaben

• Support direct procurement, planning and sourcing activities to ensure availability of raw materials and components required for production
• Actively participate in the management of strategic production-related purchasing (raw materials, active pharmaceutical ingredients, packaging materials and industrial consumables)
• Contribute to securing supplies, cost optimization and supplier panel performance, while complying with the quality, regulatory and operational requirements of the pharmaceutical industry
• Collaborate with Procurement, Production, Supply Chain, Quality and Finance teams to support operational activities and continuous improvement projects
• Assist with supply chain data analysis and the preparation of dashboards to support decision-making
• Provide occasional support for sustainability and responsible procurement initiatives in collaboration with the relevant teams
