Supply Chain & Analytics Intern

Reports to: Sr Demand Planner / Customer Service Manager

Contract: 6‑month internship. Compensation: CHF 3000/month (Master’s‑degree students). Location: EMEA HQ, Geneva, Switzerland. Hybrid mode: 2 days/week home office. Start date: September2026.

Overview

During this 6‑month internship, you will gain hands‑on experience in the Supply Chain function within our EMEA headquarters. Your role combines operational tasks and project work to give you a well‑rounded understanding of how a global sporting goods supply chain operates.

Responsibilities
  • Support daily operations to ensure high service levels and understand real‑time supply‑chain operations.
  • Contribute to improvement projects that enhance efficiency, visibility, and performance of end‑to‑end processes.
Example Projects
  • Oversee forecast projection, buying strategy, and inventory management for Direct‑to‑Consumer channels, including outlet stores and e‑commerce.
  • Analyze sales trends and optimize stock levels to keep product availability high.
  • Ensure smooth and cost‑effective supply‑chain operations in collaboration with Planning, Logistics, and Distribution teams.
  • Participate in Sales and Operations meetings, present analytics and share recommendations.
  • Develop dashboards and tools to monitor supply‑chain performance and forecast accuracy.
  • Propose and implement automation solutions to simplify forecasting and fulfillment processes.
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree with a strong analytical focus (Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Engineering, Data Science, etc.).
  • Available from September2026 to February2027 for a full‑time internship.
  • Curious, proactive, and enjoys asking questions, digging into data, and seeing the bigger picture.
  • Proficient with Excel and Power BI; capable of turning insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Structured, reliable, and takes full ownership of work.
  • Collaborative yet able to work independently.
  • Analytical, solution‑oriented mindset; eager to contribute and grow.
Important Requirements

Internship must be part of your studies; provide an internship agreement from your school or university. Full‑time availability for the full 6 months is required.
