Manpower Basel is seeking an experienced Business Process Expert (BPE) to bridge global process standards with site execution in a highly regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The role demands deep expertise in supply chain, manufacturing operations, ERP-enabled transformation, and master data governance.

You will drive harmonization, SAP S/4HANA adoption, and operational excellence while ensuring alignment with governance.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing or related supply chain roles.
• Hands-on functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA including MM, PP, QM, SD.
• Experience leading global process standardization and governance.
• Bachelor's degree; master's preferred.
• Fluent English; German a plus.

Aufgaben

• Drive adoption of global business processes at site level.
• Act as local process authority aligned with global models.
• Lead standardization and continuous improvement of processes.
• Partner with global capability owners, data owners and SMEs.
• Translate site needs into scalable global solutions.
• Lead cross-functional discussions to resolve bottlenecks.
• Ensure alignment with global templates while meeting site needs.
• Support SAP S/4HANA enabled processes and master data governance.
