ALTEN seeks an experienced Reliability Engineer (m/f/d) to join our client in Schaffhausen. The role focuses on ensuring and continuously optimizing the reliability and efficiency of production processes in a GMP environment.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in chemical or pharmaceutical production, focusing on reliability, maintenance, or production engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of GMP – mandatory.
• Experience in high-risk environments and explosion protection.
• Strong safety awareness and sense of responsibility.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and ability to convey technical content clearly.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and assess the reliability of production equipment.
• Analyze technical failures and production issues.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement continuous improvement measures.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality Assurance and Maintenance departments; define and prioritize technical actions; be strongly present in the production area; provide on-site troubleshooting.
• Coordinate technical activities across teams; lead small improvement projects on production lines and planning; coordinate with external suppliers; participate in technical strategy discussions.
• Optimize maintenance planning and improve performance of production lines.
