Qualifikationen

• Degree in process/chemical engineering or comparable discipline.
• Several years of combined engineering/manufacturing experience.

• Knowledge of fine chemicals production processes.
• Strong technical and general economic competencies.
• Good communication skills in English and German.
• Ability to lead a project team in a cross-functional environment.

Aufgaben

• Ensures the operability, reliability, and integrity of the assigned assets.
• Manages maintenance activities related to inspections, repairs, and turnarounds.
• Plans, executes, and monitors budgeted projects (<1 mEUR) and mid-sized (1-5 mEUR) investment projects.
• Identifies deficiencies and bottlenecks and develops technical concepts with the 2nd Plant Manager.
• Participates in optimization and/or innovation projects related to area of responsibility.
• Conducts troubleshooting of asset and process problems.
• Maintains technical documentation and coordinates service providers.
• Supports knowledge transfer between plant engineers and plant technicians.
