IQVIA, based in Zürich and Rotkreuz, seeks a part-time Consultant for the Swiss Analytics & Advisory Services team. You will manage qualitative market research and competitive intelligence projects across the DACH region, coordinating with pharma clients and healthcare professionals in German and possibly French.

The role emphasizes end-to-end project management, synthesis of complex evidence into actionable insights, and clear client storytelling.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in life sciences or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, healthcare consulting, market research, competitive intelligence, or a related field.
• Business-fluent German and English; conversational French is considered an asset.
• Knowledge and understanding of the Swiss pharmaceutical market.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex evidence into business-relevant insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a confident and client-oriented approach.
• Effective project and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize and deliver high-quality work across parallel engagements.
• Structured and independent way of working, with a collaborative mindset.

Mansioni

• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously and serve as a key contact for clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues across a range of team structures.
• Lead qualitative market research and competitive intelligence projects end to end for pharma clients in the DACH region.
• Translate client questions into research approaches and structured project plans.
• Conduct primary research, including interviews with physicians and healthcare professionals in German and French where appropriate.
• Complement primary research with targeted secondary research and desk analysis.
• Analyze and synthesize market, competitor, and stakeholder evidence to identify insights, opportunities, and risks.
• Translate findings into clear, actionable commercial recommendations and client stories.
• Prepare high-quality reports and presentations and deliver results to client stakeholders.
• Own project timelines, deliverables, and day-to-day client interactions across the full lifecycle.
• Manage several projects in parallel while collaborating across teams.
• Contribute to the development of research approaches, client solutions, and team capabilities.
