Job summary

ten23 health AG in Basel is seeking a Paralegal to support the legal and business teams with high-volume commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with pharma regulations and protecting client data. The role emphasizes tech transfer, manufacturing liabilities, and IP boundaries in a B2B setting.

The ideal candidate has a paralegal certificate with a Bachelor's or Associate’s degree and at least 3 years in-house legal experience within life sciences.

Qualifications

• Draft and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and Quality Agreements.
• Oversee the contract lifecycle from intake to approvals and electronic signatures.
• Maintain and update standard templates to reflect pharmaceutical laws and policies.
• Support cGMP compliance and health authority regulations.
• Assist with audits and regulatory inspections (FDA, etc.).
• Coordinate corporate secretarial tasks such as board minutes and registrations.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate foundational agreements (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs).
• Oversee the contract lifecycle and template maintenance.
• Assist with cGMP compliance and audits.
• Clarify Background IP vs Foreground IP in agreements.
• Review tech transfer documentation related to manufacturing processes.
• Liaise QA and legal teams to resolve disputes over quality agreements.
