Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Logistics & Warehouse Compliance Specialist for a contract role in the pharmaceutical sector. The position focuses on GxP compliance across logistics and warehouse operations in Basel and Kaiseraugst, including an API warehouse, with hands-on temperature checks and leadership of deviations and change controls.

The candidate should have 3–5 years GMP/GDP experience, a related degree, and strong German (C1) and English (B2) skills, along with a structured, proactive approach

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in pharmaceutical or logistics fields.
• 3–5 years GMP/GDP experience in pharma or logistics.
• Experience with GxP deviation management, change control and documentation.
• German C1 and English B2 proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and review transport temperature data for incoming shipments.
• Review goods receipt checklists for completeness and accuracy.
• Support logistics teams with GxP questions and compliance needs.
• Take ownership of GxP deviations and change controls in Veeva.
• Collaborate with Quality functions, customers and partners to ensure compliance.
• Contribute to process optimization and continuous quality improvement.
