Future is seeking a Health Coach to own a caseload of members from onboarding through their 90‑day milestones and beyond, delivering personalized, data‑informed plans with high‑touch care via virtual sessions and messaging.

You will translate goals and health data into plans across nutrition, movement, sleep and recovery, using AI tools while collaborating with the Clinical Team to keep plans safe and effective.

Qualifikationen

• Health coaching certification from a recognized program covering behavior-change theory and coaching fundamentals.
• Associate's degree or higher, or equivalent coaching pathway.
• 2+ years of client-facing coaching or training experience.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload with individualized attention.

• Own your members' experience end to end, onboarding through 90-day milestones and beyond.
• Coach live and asynchronously via virtual sessions and messaging with warmth and clarity.
• Build personalized, data-informed plans across fitness, nutrition, sleep and recovery.
• Coach the person, not just the plan, using motivational interviewing and reflective listening.
• Synthesize health data and contextualize scans and lab results into actionable steps.
• Make progress visible by tracking goals and celebrating consistency and behavior.
• Contribute insights to help shape a growing and evolving program.
