Future is building a personalized guidance system for lifelong health. We seek a Health Coach Manager to lead Board Certified Health Coaches, develop scalable training programs, and collaborate with Product, Clinical, and Operations to enhance member outcomes. This hands-on leadership role focuses on coaching quality, SOPs, and cross-functional partnerships.

The role combines people leadership, operational excellence, and learning & development, with a remote-first model and equity opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Board Certified Health Coach certification is required.
• At least 5+ years of health coaching experience.
• Minimum 3+ years managing and developing Health Coaches.
• Experience designing learning programs, workshops, or curricula.
• Ability to create SOPs, QA frameworks, and scalable processes.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Board Certified Health Coaches through regular 1:1s, QA reviews, and performance management.
• Design onboarding, continuing education, workshops, and learning experiences that improve coaching quality.
• Develop SOPs, coaching frameworks, QA rubrics, and best practices for a scalable member experience.
• Analyze coaching performance and member outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with Product, Clinical, Analytics, and Operations to shape the Health Coaching service.
